When it comes to home décor, squares are everywhere from mirror to dining table. Actually, artificial hedge panel is square too. The question is, can we only use square-shaped artificial hedges to decorate our home? Of course no! Let your imagination be your guide. Stop being square!

Let’s try some straight line figure first, for example, parallelogram, hexagram, trapezium, pentagram, pentagon and so on.

parallelogram                hexagram                trapezium             pentagram

Take PENTAGRAM as an example, steps are as follows:

1) Prepare a 19*19 gragh paper;                  2)  Draw a pentagram on the paper;

3) Draw dotted pentagram outline on hedge panel according to the paper;

4) Cut along the dotted outline away from stitches leading to structural imperfection;

5) Make some adjustments to perfect the final shape.

Then we can try some curvilinear figure, for example, heart, circle, water drop, ellipse, apple logo

and so on.

          heart                    circle                       water drop              ellipse                         apple logo

Take HEART as an example, steps are as follows:

1) Prepare a 19*19 gragh paper;                    2) Draw a heart on the paper;

3) Draw dotted heart outline on hedge panel according to the paper;

4) Cut smooth curves from dot to dot away from stitches leading to structural imperfection;

5) Make some adjustments to perfect the final shape.

At last, we try an asymmetrical figure--apple logo, steps are as follows:

1) Prepare a 19*19 gragh paper;                    2) Draw an apple logo on the paper;

3) Rotate it through180° or you will cut a left-right reversed apple due to its asymmetry.

Incorrect demonstration:

4) Draw dotted apple outline on hedge panel according to the paper.

5) Cut smooth curves from dot to dot away from stitches leading to structural imperfection;

6) Make some adjustments to perfect the final shape.

It’s time for SQUARE to take a rest, right?
